If you ever tear a muscle..

You should really look into phsyio.

I fugged up my forearm(she thinks i tore a nerve and maybe a small tear to my radial head, but, hehe, according to her 'i'm too muscular to actually feel the tear, so it's best guesses based on my range of motion'.

I've only had 3session so far and they've done wonders. Before the first one I'd taken a week off to let it heal, and when I came back, I could only db hammer curl 10pds. without pain(down from 65). I goto 15, nope, can't do it, too much pain.

Yesterday I tried hammer curling 25..I could do it with minimal pain! yea! i know, i know, that isn't anywhere near 65, but still, that up 15pds without major pain

i'd hate to have to go through re-learning to walk, healing up my forearm is enough troubles.

I don't know who this person is, but she obviously doesn't know much about the Human body (or she is just flat out lying to you) because it is almost impossible to tear a nerve. they can be pinched quite easily, but in order to split them they would have to be cut by something sharp.

Aw man, I think I split a nerve then. About 5 years ago I cut my finger bad by falling through a window. My finger was bleeding like never before. After my mother taken me to the clinic my finger developed a little hump that feels weird to this day each time I put pressure on it. So, did I split a nerve? If so, when will this hump on my finger go away. BTW, it's on the palm side of my hand.
