Cool

In a rut.

Hello,
I've recently moved to another town for graduate studied and have just started a job, so I've lost a few weeks of the normal exercise routine I did before (4 days a week of cardio and weights).
I still jog several times a week for 30 minutes, but the problem is lack of weight lifting now. I can't use the student gym until the fall when classes start, and the gym I can use on campus right now is, well not great. And I'm not looking to join a gym due to the costs. The gym near me wasn't that great either. Before I moved I did machines and was moving up steadily in amount of weight lifted, and I was happy about that.
Sigh, but not anymore. What I'm looking for now are free weight exercises I can do at home with dumb-bells, for each major muscle group. Can anyone please give me some effective exercises to perform at home? I would need moves for biceps, triceps, back, abs, thighs, gluts, and chest. And feel free to mention any others you think would benefit me.
I'm a female, 5"4', 133#, and last time I checked my body fat was 26% and it shouldnt' have changed too much since then, if at all.
I'm trying to get in better shape, though, due to the extra "flab" in my midsection. I do have to improve my diet a bit. Hopefully it'll help.
Thanks for the help!

curls, tricep press, squats, bench press, flys, bent row, and military press are what I think off the top of my head. Can't really think of any free weight exercises for abs though. Crunches and leg lifts would do just fine though.

For more ideas, this is a great site http://www.exrx.net/Lists/Directory.html

Free weights can be fairly inexpensive and there are tons of exercises to do available to you online...I would suggest that until you can use the facility...it will at least keep you in shape and help you maintain muscle mass...
