Who wants to have the fun with this one?

I have tiny wrists too (6 and half inches), seems to be mostly bone structure, and tendons, there are no major muscles there. Huge amounts of body fat might work. Do deadlifts and other exercises that work the grip (shrugs etc) and the forearms will grow, tendons and all that might make the wrist look bigger. Wondered about this myself, my wrist has not grown at all between 120lbs and 160lbs.

your wrists arent going to grow, its bone. sorry guys, maybe you could get a transplant or gain 400 pounds, otherwise work the forearms.

That's not going to help your wrists, AaronX.

aaron, the only way you are going to get bigger is by eating a ton of food. working out alot without proper nutrition will not yeild good results. read up some on bulking. do a search. eat eat eat

"Meal" doesn't have to mean a sit down, fill the plate kind of event. Finger food works great. With a little imagination, there are millions of possibilities.

if there was a a way to get bigger wrists, i would have done it a while ago. don't worry about it, once you mature more, sicne you're only 16, your bone will probably get thicker, until then, jsut worry about thnigs you have control over.
