I ask this 'cause I'm going to a boarding school wear they don't have a good weight room (read: not even a good set of free weights) and don't offer a aerobics class. Before, I was a member of a heath center and lifted 3 times a week, did the
elliptical machine for 20 mins a day every other day, and participated in a aerobics class twice a week. Doing this kept me in good shape and I was really active. But while I'm at school I don't know what to do to keep in shape since I find running boring and repetitive, and just walking around the campus doesn't really do it for me, is there anything else I could do to keep in to shape? Would yoga or platites work?
During the summer I was really happy about the way I looked and was really content about myself, but know I've put on at lease 10lb. replacing the muscle with fat. I would like to get back to the fitness level that I was at but I don't know how, without the use of a gym. I'm sure the grease caf food doesn't help at all, how do you guys do it when you not able to control what kind food you can eat?
