Is this an ok workout

I've been doing this work out for a while and I want to know if it sounds right.
I run 2.5 miles or more and then I lift for 45 min. I do my upper body one day and then lower body on the other day alternating days. I do this 6 times a week with 1 day for break. I am looking to loose b/f mostly, especially around my mid section. I am not really looking to get really big by lifting, just look better all around.
Thanks

William
