Jogged for 30 minutes on treadmill

Burnt 401 calories, now are the calories I burn from jogging going to cost me muscle? Or what? I'm afraid to jog since I have a thin build but a high body fat percent. I don't want to jog if it's going to make me look like a stick figure... Should I stop jogging or still jog?

What are your goals?

You ask good questions but usually in a vacuum. You should really start posting your training in the Online Journal section. Then others here will better understand your questions in the context of what you are doing and what your goals are.

What are your eating habits besides drinking lots of whey protein?

Still jog! What you said is the same as people who say they don't want to look muscle bound like a bodybuilder therefore they don't workout with weights.

I doubt that one 40 minute session cost you any muscle.

Agreed. You need the cardiovascular exercise too. Just make sure you eat post-workout and you should be fine.

I heard that 10 minutes skipping is equivalent to 25 minutes jogging. and about your body i dont think jogging gives you a stick like shape. Body Build is an another issue, you can go for gym after jogging ,if u feel you become thin.
