just goes to show how "accurate" body composition scales are

so i went into a fitness depot and saw those body composition scales, right? i jump on, and it says i'm 199 (fair enough - i had my jeans and sweat-shirt on and this morning i weighed in at 194), 42.9% body fat, and 41.5% water!??

i looked at the guy and said "do i LOOK morbidly obese?" he said "no, not at all! i've never even seen a reading that high!"

just goes to show: those things are CRAP.

41.5% water would be quite low, and you know you're not that body fat percentage! How can they even sell those?

When you flashed us getting off the weight bench we all saw your BF% isn't even close to that. Your honest progress pics from beginning to now - show what you've really done. And it's good.

I was just teasing her. The video is in the PL section. Some damn fine lifting videos there of the members with enough cojones to post them (even the girls).

The tanita they have at school is pretty acurate. I did some measurement tests lately and i turned out to be 8% bf at 186, and tanita said i would be around 11%. Pretty close overall.

I looked at your video. I would guess you are probably mid 30's but yea there is no way you are above 40%... that would be the michelob tire man look.
