Im new to this site...I just got a membership to a
local gym. Ive never really worked out before besides in high school which was 5 years ago

and Im pretty cluless on what and how to do it. I was in a rush at the time that I signed up, they didnt give me a tour of the gym or expain to me how to use the equipment. My goal is to lose 40-50 lbs. with excercise and a diet of course. My question is what excercise routine should I be doing??? Any advice would be helpful, Im completely clueless :confused:
