Kickboxing


Wooo! I just tried this class at the Y and I'm pretty beat (especially since yesterday was chest day). It was fun and I was the only guy who made it through the whole class . I think I'm gonna stick with guerilla cardio because 12 minutes is much better than an hour, . It was still fun though and I recommend trying it if you have a chance.

I've done kickboxing classes in the past and they are killers. I remember barely being able to walk for a couple days following the class. I've not taken the class for quite a while for whatever reason, oh ya I remember now, I walked like a dork for days.
