Kneeling Ab Crunches

Can anyone recommend a site/location where I can find a shoulder harness for a pulley mechanism to do kneeling ab crunches? I have been trying to use a short straight bar and holding it behind my head but in some aspects I feel as if my arms are somewhat helping with the weight. I am hoping to find something that would wrap around both shoulders or something to that effect.
I have tried doing a search on some equipment sites, but to no avail. I even thought about purchasing a tricep rope and holding that over my shoulders but I just dont want to run out and buy something and find out it doesnt work the way I would like....

oh PS: Kudos to A_Welch503 for giving me the idea of trying kneeling ab crunches..they rock!!!

Why are you trying to hold the bar BEHIND your head? Confused?

Most folks use the rope and pull it to the belly button while kneeling.

A rope is a rope is a rope is a rope.

I use a bar and it works just fine. Once the arms help with the initial pull and hold it in place behind the head - it's all abs.

Drawback to the bar - if your cable breaks then the full force of your pull is transferred through the bar into your head...leaves a nasty lump for about a week. The blurred vision is gone in 2-3 days though.
