Leaning down (first timer)

I joined my gym about a year ago and I gained the weight I wanted (went from 160 to 175) Now I wanna burn sone unwanted body fat (mostly in my stomach) I just started taking CLA because i hear how well it works.
Does cardio 2 times a week 10 mins a piece sound like enough and should I lower the weight im moving and increase my reps and sets?

Thanks

CLA has not been proven to assist in weight loss... It has however shown some promise in promotoing faster muscle re-growth after a long cutting cycle... Also when you loose the weight it will come from all over the body...You cannot target or spot reduce...
Doing cardio for 10 mintues will do little for you... I would use a HIIT style training for 20 mintues twice to 3 times a week... remember to work up to this point though.... Don't start out at 20 minutes...

I dont want to lose weight, I want to lose body fat..Dont know if its the same thing or not but I wanna stayt at 175 and have low body fat. I'm around the 15 percent area and want to get down to like 6-7 percent.

You'll need to toy with your nutritional intake and balance it against your daily activity schedule. Generally, eat to support what you're going to be doing in the next several hours. Know that simply reducing your caloric intake to some fixed value for days on end will only result in overall scale-weight loss (you'll end up as a smaller version of your current self). Some degree of nutritional volume change-up is necessary. Doing things right, there's absolutely no reason why you cannot maintain the same scale weight, yet decrease your body fat in the process.

Research, research, and research. Make sure you're doing what you want to do the right way. Something I have to add in is don't give up - it's hard - and takes time, something that many people, including me, learned the hard way.
