legs


the backs of my legs are all fatty... how do i get ride of that? Im in weight training at school so every other day i have a leg workout, leg extentions, curls,press, and calf raises.. but i havnt noticed any difference..what should i do?

Straight leg dead's

Laying Leg curls

Weighted (or not weighted) Hip Extention/Hyper extention

Hit them babys hard and you'll be walking like a duck for a few days. As far as getting rid of the fat that part is all in the diet. So work them out hard and diet right and you'll see results in no time :thumbup:
