Legs and running?

Is it okay to work my legs, and still run the next day? Would this be too much stress on them? Or should I just take a day off? This will be fine now, but when I up my running to 5 days a week, it will be harder. I only train my legs once a week.

there is no problem with training legs and then running on the next day. believe me , your body will let you know. if you are sore, or your legs are too tired and need more time to recover, it will be very difficult to run cuz it will hurt or you will be all stiff and not wanna move. in that case, give it some rest, otherwise you can go ahead and do it. dont force it, just listen to your body
