lifting benchmarks?

what are some solid lifting goals that are considered impressive?

2x bodyweight squat?
what deadlift?
what about bench?

i have sticks for legs, so i think itll take me 10 years before i can squat 300 lbs. im not exaggerating, my very first time lifting i could barely do 160 on the leg press but i was able to incline bench 165. talk about lop sided strength.

Everyone's different, but my first goals were to hit my bodyweight on bench, double my bodyweight on squat, and double or more on deadlift. Currently I wouldn't mind reaching double my bodyweight on bench...but that could be another year or two considering where I am right now.

I don't have small legs but im definetely not built for squatting. For a long time my squat was less than my bench. Just depends on the individual.

Oh is that yuor excuse?

Yeah my bench and squat run about the same right now...well i can rep my max on bench while squatting, but they are similar. I don't think i'm made for them either.

I can't stand squats, but I do them anyway....hate every second of it.

Benchmarks:

Bench: 225 then 315

Squat: 315 for reps

Deadlift: 315 then 405

Leg Press: 700

you would be pretty big if you could push those numbers I think :

You're back lil lifter.

Personally I am aiming for (in the next year)

1.5x bodyweight bench
2x bodyweight squat (and more)
3x bodyweight deadlift.

All depends, I'm in those ranges easy and I don't classify anywhere near big at 165...then again I'm still stuck in the mid-area between 225 and 315

bench for me was 225, then 315, 405...and now i am almost at 450 (this is max which i do 2-3 reps........i do 365 for 6-8)

squat is a little weaker for me 225 was a start, then 315 not i am just above that....i hurt my knee and took almost 8 months off legs and and back not at 350 (6-8)

deadlift was 315 then 405, 495 and now i am at 545 (6-8)

leg press is generally higher for everybody...a start for me was 450, then 540 and i increase it by 2 plates a side each time i reach my goal...right now i am at 720 for 6-8 good reps (all the way down)

hmmm i'm backwards to all youse. leg press 655*4 (can't do squats anymore-1.5 cm leg length difference means i devolop lopsided and orthotics put one knee higher than the other when my hips are level) but my bench is at 170*2. i don't impress like the BIG boys (mostly because the monster benchers only spend 10 min/week on legs) but i also don't look like a martini glass.

I think the first goal for all is bodyweight for 10 reps on bench, then 225 is the next big one...then 315, 405...

Squatting first goal was 225, then 315 reps, then 405 reps...

Deadlift similar to squat...

It is all on an idividual basis, but keep aiming higher and never settle for reaching a goal...once its reached set another goal whether it is 2 more reps for 90 more lbs...just keep pushing yourself....
