lifting/running
Just out of curiousity, if I were to lift some weights and run in the same day, which should I do first?
I've tried lifting/situps, then running immediately after, but I got sick pretty quick so I had to stop.
Should I leave a few hours in between? Help!!

Most people find this works best if there is time between the two activities, for the reason you mention as well as others.
