Are you talking about THIS

If you are, it works your back and biceps.

Pullups are great, keep doing them. Most exercises where your body travels through space (think deadlift, squat, dips, the olympic lifts...) are good.

See if you can put something behind you like a chair so you can rest the tops of your feet on it by bending your knees and lifting your legs behind you. As you get tired you can gently assist yourself by trying to straighten your legs. Of course you have to try quite hard not to cheat from the start! Assist yourself to increase your reps. You should be able to face your palms away from your face as well. If you find you can't hang on- try strapping your wrists to the bar.

Actually, a pullup (or pulldown) movement will involve the long head of the triceps (since it crosses the shoulder joint) so JOMO is not totally off his rocker.
