Like everyone.... I need some help.


Hey There,

I am a pretty big lad, 6 foot 3 and 120kgs

2 years ago I had a pretty through gym scheme and was 110kgs.

I then moved and lost gym access and put on a lot of weight. While I was at 110 I had a bit of muscle.

My problem is I now have great gym access but no one to go with hence I lack some motivation.

Since the start of this year I have wanted to get to the gym, but after work I feel like crap.

I guess what I am after is some general encouragement to get back into the gym and some info on diet. when I was 110kgs (Still about 10kgs to heavy as well) I was not big on eating healthy, i used to do a gym sessian then head to maccas for dinner... but at that stage i did about 2 hrs of gym a day... no point in reminiscing about the good old days though

so if you can help me out with a light program that i can undertake to get me back into the swing of things and any motivational pep talks i would be much appreciated

i want to try and beat this weight, but my last attemtpt i managed 2 weeks at the gym then had a **** day at work and piked out from there on... but i think they both feed off each other, i am having a **** day at work because i am carrying so much weight.

any suggestions welcome
