Looking for Exercise Rtn to Maintain.

Hello everyone, I'm new to the forum.
I am 58yrs old and over the past year have lost 60lbs with diet and exercise. Exercise consisted of Step-Aerobic tape (1hr) 4x week and Pilates 3x week, or step-aerobic 4x and The Firm's combo tape (aerobics and wieghts) 3x.

I'm now at my goal weight but still have fat around the waist and upper back. I know how to maintain my weight through diet, but don't know how to adjust my exercise routine. I don't want to "bulk-up" or look over defined (not that young anymore ).

Any advice will be appreciated.

Thanks in Advance.

im sure you can find plenty of routines by using the search or looking at darkangel's newbie thread in the general fitness. i don't see why you would need a plan any different than others.

Thumbs up

Thanks very much Cursor - your supportive response is appreciated. Having concentrated on nothing but weight *loss* for the past year, I suddenly realize I know *nothing* about exercise as a life-style and am amazed to discover that I really enjoy it, I'm feeling fitter and healthier and don't want to revert or hurt myself.

Thanks again - I will check out all your recommendations.
Pam
