Warmup for back??


hi!
i need some good warmups for back...
any good site with pics???

pull ups, close and wide grip.
Even if these are on the pull up assist machine - good back warmup IMO.

Upper back or lower back?
I prefer to do light weight training to warm the muscles followed by light streching.

Phantom now u remind me of both so u have to tell me now about the both lower and upper back warmup....

i m still waiting for any good site with pics of warm-up exercies.....
well, my problem is that i live in a country where u see only 4 or 5 guys at a time in the GYM(most gyms consist of 2 rooms with 10 to 12 machines, 2 rods, 3 pairs of dumbells thats all LOL)... and there is nothing like trainer or coach etc..
so i m really in need of good site with pics.......plz
