if you build up the muscles in that area it will just get bigger. you need to burn fat-diet and exercise.
unfortunately you can't spot reduce. it might be the LAST place your fat will depart from and it won't be quick, but if you set a goal like fitting into a certain size, you will be successful over time
yeah, the best way to lose that fat is to run, run, run.... cardio man.. you need to burn that fat.... diet is is also just as equally important, if not more.
you won't see results overnight, but if you stick to it, i guarantee that your ass will shrink if you get a good diet and workout plan, i'd say you'll start seeing results in a month or two, depending on your physique and genetic makeup.... just get int he groove and that time will fly by
these should really hit the bum and also work your legs at the same time. for example the squats will hit, your calves, hams, quads, bum and even abs (to stablize you) Good luck

been a while since ive replied to this thread.
just cos ive been trying increase cardio into my daily routine now.
Not seeing results yet but hopefully with perseverance itll work out.
