Max OT, a little confused

I get the idea that Max OT Is a intense 16min cardio workout on a bike machine? The level increases as the workout progresses and then the next week you increase your basline intensity. is this right?

Cheers
Ed

er... not quite.

that's MaxOT Cardio - "MaxOT" itself is a weight-training regimen. with MaxOT cardio, you start the first day at a level a wee bit higher than you would normally do. the next time, you crank it up a bit. and again the next time. repeat ad infinitum. there's no interval training - you just go like corn through a goose the entire time. if you're really out of condition, then use the interval program. it doesn't have to be a bike - it can be the elliptical trainer, stairmaster, versaclimber, or any other machine where keeping balance isn't a large factor.

You guys have a link to the Max-OT cardio program? I'm looking for something new to try, as usual.

As hardcore as you do things, I expect to hear about some simply amazing results from this.

Like corn through a goose? I assume that means fast? That's a new one... thanks for the giggle.
