Max OT Cardio? Alittle confused

Ok so i understand that its 16min interval training, but how long are each interval? I know with HIIT it can be 20 sprint then rest for 10secs. But how does that equate on the bike?? The only interval setting i can find on the bikes at my gym are random intervals- or is that what i want??

Sorry if it seems like a stupid question!

Cheers
Ed

If you train with regular intervals the body learns to use this space to re group, its what in the uk we call far tack training.
But the bike with irregular rests will help you also.
The short rest makes the body recover faster, while longer burst of energy will build stamina.
Hope you understand my explaination

Random intervals are fine.
