Where can I buy the Optimum Nutrition? Do they have it at GNC? I was planning on stopping by there this evening.

I was also looking at GNC ProPerformance 110% Whey Protein. Is that any good?

I think you would be better to just buy some canned chicken and eat that instead. It is pre-cooked deboned and no skin. How much easier can it get???

You want some slow digesting protein, ideally, such as casein, soy, milk, or egg. They are more anabolic overall, and better to take with meals because they are more like "real food." Canned chicken like Lady C said is good too, but have spices and whatnot, because it tastes like ass out of hte can.

Better yet, cook up a lot of lean ground turkey, some 97% lean ground beef, chicken breasts, or any other kind of reasonably lean meat. If you do that all it takes is weighing out the desired serving, heat it up, and enjoy. If you cook enough at one time it can last you a week or so.

Well left the office earlier so didn't see the last few posts. I picked up a couple of two pound containers of ON 100% Whey Protein, one vanilla ice cream flavored and one cookies and cream flavored. I had one this evening after my workout, wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be. I was really suprised at how easy it was to make.

lol, well it can't get much easier than dumping powder and water into a glass and hitting it with a hand-held blender. Even faster are the shaker cups.
