Thanks everyone!

Yeah, I didn't quit just because I was not coming in at my best. But I have my husband's Employee Appreciation Party in 8 weeks. The last time I went to it I was fat, and last year, I could not go because I was recovering from surgery after less then a week.

It feels like a Prom except you don't have to pay for the pics. So that's a short term goal. I have to map out the plan, and then we'll go from there for the next comp.

As long as you have a goal (short or long), you will make progress.
I have not had a goal now for months, and it showed in my training. I had not motivation, just went to the gym & tried to get it over with.

A week or two ago I decided that by this time next year I want to be in the best shape of my life. It will not be easy, it's going to take a lot of planning, strict dieting and MOTIVATED training...but I am going to give it my best shot!

At least now I've got a goal to work towards...
