No, working your abs every morning will not give you great abs. Work your abs like you would your other muscles and adjust your diet accordingly to become better defined.

They need to recover just like any other muscle. If you are able to train them everyday and not have your performance fall off, you are not working hard enough.

Omg People Your Abbs Dont need To Repair Like Others I have been told By Mr UtAH Himself And read around That The idea Of Abbs Is to Shread them Not to make them Bulky. If you want great abbs You could work on them everyday To gain Definition. If you want to Bulk Them Out then you must rest.I Myself Had No abbs Not to long ago, I did my abb workouts everyday accept the acception of sundays and saterdays. And My abbs Are Very Nicely Defined And Are ripped..

Sorry Faithbeme, but skeletal muscle is skeletal muscle. There is absolutely no reason why your abdominal muscles should be worked uniquely (pun intended). If you've had personal experience with developing quality abdominal muscles (or simply getting the underlying muscle to show by reducing the layer of fat covering them), I would suggest that it's because other things had changed in your fitness/nutrition plan. Congratulations though.

Wow this post was really pulled out of the archives (it was from over the summer).
I thought abs were all about diet and not so much reliance on training. That is why you can see the abs people who are skinny little pencil necks, its not that they lift it is because they have a low BF%
Look at these guys they are mostly all skinny! LOL I wouldn't trade being a skinny shat for some abs. O well to each his own i guess.

Think of it like this. If you can work your abs every day without feeling burned out just a bit...you probably aren't working hard enough...
