most effective way of losing fat

Whats happening peoples!

Today is my first day on this forum and i just wanted to start off by asking what you all think is the best way of losing about 10kg of fat. Now i know everyone is gonna say a combination of a good diet and cardio, but what exactly?
Does anyone have any links to great fat losing programs which include both diets and exercises?

Thanx people

Actually I think most of us would only suggest a good diet. At least that should be your base, and diet if the most effective.

Weight lifting would be much more benificial than cardio. It is plenty to get your metabolism out of the toilet. 1 lb of muscle burns 3000% more calories than fat.

Don't get me wrong, if you are a complete couch potatoe, cardio will do you plenty of good. But eating 1000 calories less than you do now, is much easier than just adding 300 calories of "cardio".

You'll find plenty of good diets in the Diet/Nutrition forum. I'd start with some reading there.

Beyond diet and weight training (which are absolute MUSTS), you could try TreadMoves. It is a serious cardio workout that incorates all muscle groups, so you would burn maximum fat during the workout. Plus, its a lot of fun so you won't have any problem sticking with it. you can check them out at http://www.enough already.com.

Seriously now.
