Motivational "Audio"


A few days ago, I downloaded an 8 minute US Marine Corp cadance MP3 and put it on my player. Last night I went running and played it... WOW. This isn't your usual "Left, left, left, right, left..." business. The drill seargent is hard core and it's all very motivational. I found myself setting a new personal time record!

If you have the means, I highly recommend searching out this type thing to push your cardio...

I get my cadence called live..the boy was Army and is LOUD & CLEAR...plus the ones they don't exactly 'advertise' (think Full Metal Jacket) are much more fun than the official ones
