my cardio routine


i am 145 lbs 6'0 these online calulators give me around 10-12% body fat i play basketball everyday and run every chance i get while doin it same with baseball and today i did tae bo and felt it hittin my abs and legs mostly is this good cardio to gain abs

I wouldn't bother with these online b.f calculators, most of them are inaccurate.
Without knowing how far or hard your running no one can tell if it is good cardio, for all I know you could be running 100m once a week.
If you feel like its a good cardio session it probly is(eg if your heart is racing and your legs are shaking that might indicate a hard workout ), you would be the best judge of your sessions.
The number 1 key to good abs is a good diet.

i think its good cardio cause i feel the burn wen i run in my side around my ribs and my heart is racin
