forearms are killing me


k ive been working out forearms lately, but when i do them, my wrist feels like its going to break! ive tried different exersizes, they all dont work, ive never broken my wrist or arm before. what do you think i should do?

I think you should suck it up.....no pain...no gain. Don't over work them, remember your forearms get hit indirectly with just about every exercise you do.... I rarely work mine.

Is it in both wrist or just one?
Are you doing wrist curls over a bench?
Do you work reverse curls in and do those hurt as well?

maybe you are using too much weight. Drop back a bit and work up slowly to the heavier stuff.

I agree with the suck it up philosophy. My wrists used to hurt when benching and now they never do...
