My general fitness - curious if my workout is adequate :(

(note that when i say 7.5/8 the speed is in km/h)

Ok, its 2 + 1/2 weeks after I started gymming and getting into exercise after about a 2 year gap of no exercise AT ALL. Ive done in total about 7/8 days. I weigh 76kg (not sure what that is in pounds) and im 15 years of age.
I go to a Virgin Active close by. What I generally tend to do first is hop onto the treadmill, first 3/4 days I did 10 mins of 7.5, then another 5 or 10 minutes of 7.5 (after ive stopped and had a rest). After that Id do about 10 minutes of rowing machine, but I've stopped that as its given me back problems. 2 days after that I got into doing 20 minutes of non stop 7.5/8 (depending)

I really dont know where the time goes at the gym.

Over the last 2 days Ive started doing 15/20 minutes at different paces (5 minutes 7.5 then 10 minutes of 8 (all without having a break)) but find that I feel absolutely exhausted afterwards (yesterday i actually had to stop at 15mins, I couldn't go on) After this i do the skiing machine (so i think its called?) for 10 minutes keeping my pace between 100 and 120.

I go everyday (I've been too slack lately, skipping out days here and there) except for Fridays (like today, school + the weeks worth of gym had exhausted me, and i literally had no energy, not even out of laziness).

I'm mixing in squash on Tuesday and Thursday (is this a good idea? How good is squash compared to the usual cardio work? If not as good then I'll cut out the squash, im just trying to liven things up a little, the usual workout can be a bit tiresome and boring)

If I keep this up, how long will it take to lose about 10kg? I am a bit overweight, with a fairly large stomach (dont sooo bad) and weight around the legs. All Im looking for is to lose about 10kg, get rid of my stomach, get my legs into shape and look good, after that I'll work on the weights and build some muscle.

If theres any advice you can give on what workout I should do please do so, every bit helps

Thanks a lot : (for those that reply anyways )
Sorry for the long boring thread :P

I would cut down on some of that cardio and add in weight training. You will drop bodyfat doing that. The most important thing to rememeber is the diet is critical. Also, if you are really tired it can be you need to take a day off, you are not eating the right foods, or lack of adequate sleep.

thanks Lady C

Today I did 20 minutes of treadmill at 8 and 30 minutes of skiing machine/cross trainer (Whatever you wanna call it), that did good for my leg muscles.

As for weights, shouldn't I be losing weight and getting generally fit before taking on weights?

Not trying to jump in on yuh but, almost anytime is a good time to pick up the weights. You won't get as fit as you may want without them so, I say find yourself a split that you like and go at it. You may like circuit training also, as it is a cardio workout with weights if you do it right (only waiting 20-30 seconds between exercises). Either way, building muscle burns fat and will make your overall appearance look more hard and toned.

It is a myth, in my mind, that you have to lose it then build muscle. By adding more muscle, it will increase your metabolism, to help maintain that muscle. So I would do as much weight training as cardio to get the benefits of both.

Thanks. It's been an interesting journey, but there's always room for improvement (I'm not done yet!) :
