My sweet new Cardio workout!!!


Dance Dance Revolution


...it's a video game for those who havent seen it. You dance around on a pad keeping time with the screen and hitting different buttons.

...if you go to any arcade i'm sure you can find it, but they have it for the ps2 and xbox also.

I'll tell ya, its a blast. I got over the "i must look retarded" thoughts pretty quick. One of the cool things is you can set it up to keep track of cal's burned also.

Anyhow, just thought I would share. I am going to do it every other day or so, as supplemental cardio to my bike.

Yup, its actually been brought up a few times before. I do it sometimes, but due to the nature of the game I can't use it at home as much as I'd like to, too much noise from me jumping around upstairs
