my thighs are too big


my leg muscles are too big for the rest of my body but i dont want to make the rest of my body bigger and i cant make my legs smaller. ive tried all sorts of cardio, stretching, yoga, pilates, light resistance, sitting. nothing works. any ideas?

what types of cardio have you tried? The only type that may help are endurance cardio sessions. However it is also likley that you will loose muscle from the rest of you body aswell as you legs. Just depends on your genetics.

jogging, cycling, dancing, stairs, walking, kickboxing. yeah im just gonna try and lose muscle all over and then build back up.

They cant be that big can they??? Anyway if they are naturally big then when you bulk back up i think you will get them back too. Has anyone else ever said that they look bad? it might just be your insecurities

me too!


i have the exact same problem! people are always like "what? you want to lose muscle? whats wrong with you?" yes, thighs can be too big. like big lumps on the outside of your legs. i hate my legs and wish i hadnt put so much emphasis on them when i used to weight train. im beginning to think i am forever cursed...
