Need advice....
I was on Ephedrine for a few years(3.5) and last year achieved great body fat loss along with a great exercise regimen and diet. Come April 12... Ephedrine was no longer available and as hard as I kept my diet and workout regimen, the body fat raised. What can I take or do that will help me routine with BFAT loss. I do cardio from 30-45 min 4-5 x's a week and weight train 3 x's a week. Eat approx 1200 cals a day. Lean protein and no white food, my macros are 50 prot, 30 carb, and 20 fat.
Im all ears (eyes)........................

That is not enough detail to critque fully.
How long have you been off the ephedrine? It will take some time for the body to readjust to YOUR metabolism without it. It sounds more like you need to get the diet more inline with your body. It sounds like you probably are not be eating enough - I know it sounds backwards but you are doing lots of exercise. I eat more than you and only do half of what you are doing.
Be detailed as possible, what does a day of eats look like for you?
What does your weight routine look like, be specific please?

I have been off for about 6 months. I have had a few blood tests done for Thyroid and all that, and everything is good.

You can still get Ephedrine HCL..They banned Ephedra. The Ephedra was considered an Herbal Supplement and therefore was not regulated, so they banned it. Ephedrine HCL is Regulated and still available OTC in 25mg tabs. You can stack it yourself with 200mg of Caff and Asp if you desire.
On another note...it is important to find out why you can not maintain your results without the Ephedrine.

I still think you need more like 1500 calories but I can't tell without some more info. What are your stats - height, weight, goals, approx age?
You shouldn't rely on the ephedrine - you need to do it without it especially if you overused it earlier. It screws with your normal metabolism taking it for extended periods of time.

Yes I agree. I am 5'4", 140, to loose at least 15 lbs and Im 29.
I got started on Epehedra (diet fuel) as an energy boost and I didnt really seee any results till I started to use Dymatize Extreme last year. I just have lost motivation because of this and Im trying so hard not to.

Ok, I would agree you can reduce some body weight but don't focus on the scale. I will give you what I have done and you can decide if that will work for you. BTW, this is me. (5'-4" 120-125# 40 something) I will dig it up and post it a bit later (leaving from work now).

Ok here it is.
I started out like this thread for my routine. (Even though this thread was for someone that was overweight it has some great info that you should read) I did that for about 4-6 weeks. Then I switched to this routine which I still do. I throw in aerobics between weight days.
This is about how the diet has been for the whole time typical day

That is in a protein shake i.e. all blended together. I take a multivitamin - No other supplements are necessary. I believe it is all hype from the supplement companies.
If you add up the numbers you will be surprised how much protein are in vegetables. I suggest you do a food logging experiment. Write down everything you eat and what times for three days (include a cheat day if you have them) and then total up the protein, carbs, fat, fiber and total calories. You will be surprised in what you find/learn.
