Need help with workout routine


First off im not sure if this goes here since it is a question about general working out yet the reason is sports related so I posted it in both since it does apply to both areas. Sorry if I made a mistake.

Well heres my story... I was having health issues for about a a year which basically led to me not exercising at all for about a year. I was never in the best shape and now im just in worse. I've been feeling better and decided that for a goal I want to join the wrestling team in school next year and I need some help getting in shape.

This is what they do in a typical practice.
Run – 20 min.
Squats
Stretch
Jumping Jacks – 30
Pushups – 60-70
Leg Lifts – 10 sec. x 3
Sit-ups – 50
Weird wrestling type thing
Practice wrestling moves
Forward and backward rolls

This is what I can do now
Run - Can do about a quarter mile before getting ready to pass out... not sure how long it took
Squats - ???
Stretch - I'm somewhat flexable (I think)
Jumping Jacks - I can do 30
Pushups - I can do around 10 half ass
Leg Lifts - Maybe 1 10 sec. thing
Sit-ups - I can do 2 sets of 20
As for the wrestling moves I have no idea how I would do.

As for equipment I can do the normal running or biking and things that don't need equipment. I have a treadmill and a rowing machine. I also have various weights.
Basically what I'm looking for is some sort or daily routine that I can do for the next few months to help me get in shape. Any help is appreciated... Thanks so much.
