haha doing it for the chicks huh none of us do that here..
First off if your buddies are also 16 i woulnt listen to them, although they might want to help pretty sure their not up to speed to things. Just read through the board about eating right, and working out , it takes time and dedication but in the end you will get the babe

No, not granola. Most of the commercially available granolas have a ton of sugar and fat in them (last I looked anyway). Try to gain some knowledge about good eating habits (search for cursor's advice on this board) and try to change the way you look at food. It won't help to just switch to granola.

One last thing, girls don't just go for guys with nice biceps and abs. My girlfriend... wait a minute... I was in the best shape of my life when I met her... hmmm...

i think theres fact there for sure that chicks like a well built/proportioned body, but also i think women are FAR more complicated than this!
but at 16 you will be making a good investment for the years to come with your training.....and next year you will be wanting the car that all the chicks dig!
then after school the fun begins......

Buy the bookNatural FItness by Bob Paris. it's very good for a begining lifting and may give you more reasons to get motivated to lift..besides attracting the girls.
