Need some advice

Well I am 15 years old and i came accross this site.

Well I am 5'11'' and pretty heavy.. not sure exact about 190 lbs

anyway, I am looking to lose another 15-20 lbs and also tone myself up , u know 6 pack n all so I wont be shy to take my top off at the swimming pool lol

what kinda stuff should i be doing? currently not on any specific diet but I am eating more sensibly and no chocolate / crisps other crap like that... I'm tryin to eat 3 meals a day and no snacks only fruit?

I do a fair bit of bike riding but my weights are pathetic and only 5 pound dumbells. I have about 100-150 pounds (money ) to spend on something? should i buy something like an excercise bike? or a walker? or what? new weights? I really dont know what to do, any advise welcome :-) does any1 know a site that I can find like a daily routine of excercise or something that I could do? I'm pretty desperate :-(

I don't have easy access of a gym or equiptment really.. all i have is a punching bag, a bike, and my wussy dumbells

(already lost 20 lbs over a month but not seeing too much difference in body size)

thank you

take that 150 pounds and go join a gym, and for now u could do a variation of wall sits/pull ups with all different grips like 2 sets of each grip, and push ups with all different hand positions like 2-3 sets for wide grip, diamon cutters, and all that, that will work for now, eat 6 small meals a day just to hold you over, which will turn out speeding up your metabolism, if you mix that with cardio thats a nice metabolism, do cardio on the days you dont work out. and for those 6 meals i say you eat 3 protein/carb meals early in the day then 3 pro/fat meals later in the day, try to cut carbs out later in the day.thats all i can think of for now, tell me if you need any more help.
