OMG.. Too many haters.

Hey JOMO, try some of these moves for you lower abs.

Leg Raises (scroll to the bottom)

And here's another w/too many demonstrations. Don't worry, it downloads to your computer really fast.Video Gallery

Also, this **** works, jog for a mile twice a week. I jog half way-walk quarter then repeat the procedure. I looked in the mirror 3 weeks later and my lower abs we're really showing! That's probably why I lost 7 lbs and gained size in mass. So cool. I love dieting right!

tell the truth i don't eat that much, alot of the time i go somewhere all day and don't eat till i get home...

im thinking of drinking more water, would this help a bit in getting my tummy tucked?

Hmmm, not eating much isnt really healthy. Yea you may think, well if i dont eat then i wont gain much weight. Your body needs food. Food is fuel. Dont deprive yourself of a good meal, just dont eat too much of the bad stuff that your taste buds go crazy over because its soooooo good. Eating healthy and regulary should be fine.

Plenty of water is vital to any diet. It keeps you full so when you think you may be hungry, just drink water to fill your belly instead of cupcakes or what not. But i definately agree on drinking lots of water.

Im really glad i can be some help. My goal is to be a personal trainer, so i figured i can get started on fitness forums untill i go to a personal fitness institutue where i can learn all the knit knacks about the field.
