Eat more peanut butter - that'll take care of your belly. Make sure you eat a minimum of 10 jars a day.

Oh yeah, situps are the cure for all evils... it's true, a bum told me that once... So you just keep doing them and overworking your hip flexors... that'll teach that gut.

Ever notice how a lot of people have poor posture? This comes form a number of causes but one is tight hip flexors. We sit in an anatomically not altogether sound position most of the day (whether in school or at work) and that allows the hip flexors to shorten. In some people this is very noticeable as it produces a very distinct arch in the lower back when they try to stand up straight, This is because the body compensates the tight hip flexors by tilting the pelvis forward. So, working the hip flexors further usually isn't a good idea, especiallyu if you're trying to work your abs (they pretty much only work statically in a regular situp).

try changing your diet. watch what you eat and how much you eat. spread your meals out through out the day and not eat big meals. eat till you are no longer hungry and not full as a tick. i know this my sound like stuff you have been told a number of times, but thats the only way to loose a big gut. its done in the kitchen not just doing sit ups. Check out some of cursors recipes. You may enjoy them. Oh and patience. Patience is a must. when you start to give up, make your self try 10 times harder. I hope this was some help

lol, thats funny. i used the expression full as a tick and u took one off of a dog.
No problem with the advice. I know this is a forum for helping people, not smart comments and not critizing people. I just want to help anyone much as i possibly can. Oh and another word of advice. Set (small) goals. Nothing like, i am going to get a six pack in 2 months. But a small goal, for example, putting together a workout and stick with it for a certain amount of time that you normally wouldnt do consistantly. Once you achieve that goal, reward yourself in a healthy way. Like buying a nutrition book or healthy recipe book. That would give you lots of different healthy foods you could eat that will help you loose a gut. Oh well, thats my advice. I hope that helps also.

(I'll bet one of two things: a.) He takes the above statement seriously, or b.) I'll have to explain it to him.)
*chuckle*
So, JOMO! How's that peanut butter thing going, man? Got that all under control?

actually i was thinking about a different 'reward' when i reach my (mini) goal....
like, 16 pieces of kentucky, a nice bottle of tequila, a couple joints and a tank full of gas on an empty highway at 5 in the morning!
it would probably be my last reward though....
i guess my next reward would come after i sti=op drinking through a straw
on a serious note ( ) thanks for the advice scarface, i know not to set unrealistic goals, and im working on my doet, tell the truth i don't eat that much, alot of the time i go somewhere all day and don't eat till i get home...
im thinking of drinking more water, would this help a bit in getting my tummy tucked?
