Need to lose fat...


Ok, i'm 17 and in school and work alot.. I make little $ so joining a gym is kinda out of the question. I'm very much prepared to diet but i really need some good fat burning excersice tips around the house. I'd kill to slim my thighs and love handles down... but i'm not sure how to go about doing this. As i said, a gym is kinda out of the question, so any ways i can slim down my thighs and love handles around the house?

Do you have any weights at home? You can do bodyweight exercises like pushups, crunches, situps, dips, but they will only take you so far cause you need heavy resistance. Try getting a cheap bench with barbell, some dumbbells, extra freeweights, and a pull-up bar and you'll be on your way. I'm sure if you look around, you can get some good prices.
