Hello, I am new here and look forward to everyone's help and support in loosing weight and getting back into shape.
5 weeks ago, I was at 235 lbs on this scale. I have been hitting the treadmill nearly everyday for 30 minutes and now I weigh in at 223 lbs on the same scale. So I am making progress, but I want to get down to 190lbs.

Oh, I forgot to mention that! I do lift weights as well. Not too much though, just one body part a day. I usually do 3 seperate workouts at 3 sets of 10 reps. I don't want to bulk up much, just loose weight first, then tone/bulk.
