New Work Out
Fellas, I have done the same work out now for awhile, Of corse I have changed it Up alot To keep my Muscles gUESSing and to work them better. Anyway im looking For a new Workout This Is what I mean-
Mon- Shoulders,Back,Delts
Tues-Chest,Traps
Wends-Leggs
Thurs-Arms,Tries,Forarms
Friday-Off
Sat-ChesT,traps
Sun-OFF
And Ill Do abb work outs every other day ASWELL. Also Jog Everydays after workout. So do any of you have oTHER gOOD WORKOUTS On days, I want to mix things up a bit And ofcorse I can do it myself, However I thought to ask You all Maybe you had a good expirence with it...
