New Workout after Weight Loss

Hi Everyone!

I was wondering if I could get some help here with a new workout plan.

In the past 8 weeks I have lost 25lbs and have another 5 to go. I will then be 6'3 and 214lbs. My wife and I have a bowflex, treadmill, lifecycle and stairclimber. Since my busy season is just ending (ref lots of basketball) I am planning on starting my new workout program April 1. Due to my reffing, I have not lifted in about 3 months and all my exercise is via the reffing. My goal is to work out 5 days a week (m-f) for 1 to 1.5 hours right after work. My initial plan was to do one body part a day plus abs for about 45 minutes and then do some sort of cardio for about 30 minutes. The plan was to do high reps and low weight in order not to bulk back up after losing the the 30 pounds.

Any suggestions/changes to this program would be greatly appreciated!!

Thanks!

Tommy V
