My wife's was told to do her cardio before she lifts weights.
I'm thinking it should be the other way.
Which should be done first?........to lose fat.

they should be done atleast 8 hrs apart or else you'll be
burning muscle
. personally i'd do cardio first if i had to choose but i dunno if thats the best choice scientifically.

Yeas they should be done separatly...but if you have to them back to back, I think it would be best to weights, then cardio.
