Odd question

Just a thought... wondering if when u do CV exercise and just living ur general life if you like wore tons of clothes so u were boiling hot all the time ie when running or doing anything would u lose weight faster than someone who isnt? lol just wondering if the higher body temp would stimulate weight loss more?

You're shedding water wieght with that sort of gimmick. It's what the wrestlers at my high school used to do leading up to weigh-ins. They'd wear trash bags and sweat suits to sweat out as much as possible to drop the last pound or so.

Just eat right and exercise properly.

yeh apart from water loss, increased body temp causes a decrease in metabolic activity to reduce heat within the body, ie slowing down your metabolism.
