Other means of getting relief from stress beside exercise and meditation.

My job often get me stressed out, often I have no time left for exercises or meditations. I was just wondering if there are other ways to reduce stress? Please help.

Welcome to Discuss Fitness.

Vigorous exercise, however brief, is a great way to be assured of a good night's sleep. Something is better than nothing. I'm sure that as busy as you are, you can find time for a 10-minute daily exercise session. Start simple and small with your efforts and you'll gradually build up and start sleeping better.

Have a great day!

The only advice I can offer is to use stress relief patches and stay away from stimulants, caffeine, and sugar. They are easy to use, simply peel off and apply one patch in the morning and you feel better all day.

There are much better ways to achieve stress relief than you and your buddies' ingenious spam techniques on the board.
Unfortunatley with censorship I may not be able to mention them

Also my way the internet is full or resources for FREE so no need for patches.
