Overworked

I have a question about muscle loss, I had a basketball game on monday, and basketball practice on tuesday, then karate on wednesday, which left me with locked thighs and shoulders on wednesday, today is thursday, which I was thinking to work biceps, legs etc. but i feel exhausted, so I decided to rest today, and if I feel good enough tomorrow, to go ahead on my bicep workout, any comments?

What is your caloric intake? Is it high enough to support your day to day exercise/cardio/sports? Sounds like maybe you may want to review your eating plan and up it a bit.

As for resting, sure I would think that is fine, dont slack off on it though.

calorie intake? i have to say it was lowered significantly but i needed to, im trying to burn some fat off so my muscles get defined, so im watching what i eat, and i can still make the 2,500 calorie on some days, because my schedule is much too busy to be eating every 2-3 hours.
