pace length?


Is there an easy way to determine own's average pace length using their height? I just bought a pedometer, and I want to input my pace length (I know it's going to be smaller than the default length). I just don't have anything to actually measure my strides with....

You could run a set distance, say 1/4 mile, and count your steps. Divide # of feet by # of steps and there you go...
