Pogo sticks for fitness

I was talking to a client's employee the other day whose boyfriend is a personal trainer. He likes to use non-conventional fitness apparatus when training his clients, particularly clients who need to improve their balance. He has a pogo stick he uses for this.

So we got to a talking about pogo sticks and apparently there is a stick that can take you over 5 feet high, if you are willing to do the work. It costs $300.00. Here is the link: Flybar 1200

Can you imagine going 5 feet high? Now I am curious. I want to check out youtube videos for pogo sticks but I have been too busy this week with work.

Anybody going to ask for a pogo stick for Christmas?

I'm afraid I'm far too clumsy to use a pogo stick.

Not even the slightest chance. Couldn't use one when I was 12...I doubt I can now.

Now skateboards...oh yeah, a few family skater outings are in the near future.
