Question

Push up, will it make my workout more effective?


On my chest day (twice a week). I do Bench Press, Inclines, Bar Dips, and ButterFly. I was wondering if push ups my chest day more effective.?

more effective then what? bench incline or dips? no its not more effective, at all.
