Quick Swimming Question


If I swim for about 40 minutes, five times a week, will i be overtraining? I swim aggressively and feel a burn in my pecs and upper arms after a swim, should I be giving myself more recovery time or is that unnecessary when doing such a low resistance exercise? thanks for your imput

This is probably not going to cause problems but it depends on lots of factors such as diet and what ever else you are doing.
